退款 of tuition and fees are issued by the deadlines for dropping classes or withdrawing from school. The deadlines vary depending upon the session or length of the classes. Students are responsible for checking these deadlines in their 校园连接 accounts by signing in and going to: Student Center > Academic Calendar Deadlines.
